Ahmad at the front desk assisted us and met our needs. He helped. The guided heritage tour was actually excellent. It was quite interesting.

Check-in took over 20 minutes because of limited staff. The check-in process ALSO took a long time. I ordered club sandwiches and calamari from room service. The portion was small. The calamari was frozen food. I thought a place like this would have great service, but it was worse than a 3 star.
